We couldn't believe it! Have been searching for new living room furniture for a long time, and the WHAM! there they were. The floor model of the couch isn't in the correct color (we chose the light brown), but when we paired the camel color chair with a new rocker/swivel/recliner for Michael, we hit pay-dirt! We're very excited to start using our new furniture when it arrives.

Zander was the best! Incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. Made choosing our couch super easy and seamless! Also very impressed with all the options they had at the store as well as the amount of personal modifications you could do. Definitely recommend!

There were absolutely no issues with my delivery. The driver was there right on time. The delivery staff were helpful and courteous. Definitely worth the small delivery fee in my opinion. Zander was super helpful in the store. We went looking for a coffee table and ended up with an adjustable platform for out Purple mattress. Zander was professional and switched gears right along with us. 😁

We’ve bought a few couches now at Big Sandy’s! Kate was very professional and helpful! We decided on a sectional and when we came to get it they did forget a few pieces, but that’s okay! We called the next day and they made a trip down and delivered right to our door! Very impressed that this business values their customers and does everything to make them happy! Highly recommend!

Daley was absolutely the best. She waited so patiently for us to narrow down our choices. She checked in with us regularly while allowing us space with no pressure. She laughed with us when we decided on our first choice after several hours. We will definitely will be back for future purchases. After traveling to Paducah to look at sofas earlier in the day, we were delighted to find much better deals and prices even closer to home. Figures! Very pleased with our whole experience with Daley and Big Sandy's. 🥰

Kate was very patient while I drug her all over the store. I sat on every recliner like a kid. It was a lot of fun for me. It was so fun, I brought my husband back and he sat on half the chairs. Thanks Kate you were Great!! Two weeks later and my furniture is delivered. Mike knew what he was doing. The guys took great care with my items. They set everything where I wanted it and made sure the recliner did everything. They plugged in the lamps and made sure they worked. I have had a fantastic experience with Hutson Big Sandy's I may have to go look for a loveseat. Lol SHOP HERE!!!!
